Leading antivirus software and brand known to computer users across the globe, McAfee came on board with us for a journey that was going to redefine their future marketing approach towards their local as well as international customer base.

We were thrilled and excited about bringing our creative ways to their use. Although, the biggest question that was standing in our way was how a brand as big as McAfee can get more clicks and more landings than it already has.

With a complete well-structured marketing plan and strategy, we did the impossible.

Requirements & Goals

McAfee had a very distinct goal in mind. They wanted clear and thorough research and a new marketing approach for local campaigns. They wanted marketing materials to base their localise campaigns.

They wanted to replace their standardised approach and localisation in order to connect with their customers individually and provide them with a personalised experience in order to gain their trust as well as support.

Their goal was simple, but many minor complexities were involved, and during the initial phase, many complexities arose. Although, nothing a good strategy and creative approach couldn’t fix.

Our Approach

We offered our innovative methods and creative thinking to create marketing plans and strategies. Our approach was simple yet involved a multilevel structure of marketing research and testing. To identify the areas of improvement and to avoid a standardised approach for McAfee.

We carried out multiple research studies, where we took interviews and surveys in order to understand and observe the wants and needs of McAfee’s targeted customer base. It also gave us a better understanding of consumer behaviour and their psychology.

We focused on the overall appearances and the experience of localisation, along with other areas of a marketing plan. We created a remarking list of objectives, with each being met at the completion of the marketing campaign.

With McAfee, we created a marketing plan and set of strategies by dividing EMEA on the basis of countries. We presented a different set of marketing methods for each country for accurate and appropriate localisation.

Results & Achievements

Although the amazing and fruitful partnership between us and McAfee is still in progress. It would be too soon to determine a completely precise result. The current trend showed that our creative approach and well-structured research and testing resulted in better lead generation, thus, conversion.

After going through every aspect of the well-formed marketing plan, we were able to increase clicks through pop up alerts and demand on the landing page. It also helped in enhancing already existing leads.

Our different approaches for each country resulted in an increase in the local customer base.
